Leading Gateway
A number of governance groups provide leadership, oversight and encouragement at Gateway, helping the church to be effective in its ministry and mission.
The Board of Elders discerns God’s purpose and direction for the church, and orients its structure and mission to fit. They approve the key focus and goals of the church, monitor outcomes and resource ministry teams.
A number of resource groups support the elders, pastoral and administration staff, and different ministry groups.
