Welcome to Gateway Online! We’re so glad you’re here. Whether this is your first time attending an online church service or you’re just curious about what we offer, here’s what you can expect.

JOINING THE SERVICE

You can join a Gateway Online service from anywhere—your living room, your office, or even on the go! Just visit online.gatewaybaptist.com.au to access the service at 8am and 10am AEST. It’s simple and straightforward, with no log in required.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our online service typically lasts around 70-90 minutes. Here’s how it’s structured:

• Worship: We start with music that brings us together in worship. Feel free to sing along or simply listen and reflect.
• Gateway News: One of the team will share what’s going on around Gateway, what events you can be involved in, and pray for ministries across Gateway.
• Message: One of the pastors will share a practical and encouraging message from the Bible, to help you grow in your faith.
• Prayer and Ministry: We often close with a time of prayer and reflection. This is an opportunity for you to connect with God and consider how the message applies to your life. You can choose to be prayed for if you like.

INTERACTING ONLINE

Throughout the service, you’ll have opportunities to interact. Our online hosts are available in the chat to welcome you, answer questions, and pray with you if you’d like. You can also engage with others watching the service—share your thoughts, ask questions, or simply say hello!

GET CONNECTED

We’re not just about Sunday services. If you want to connect more deeply, you can join one of our online life groups, attend online events, or simply chat with us after the service. Visit our website’s “Get Connected” section to learn more about what is happening across Gateway Online.

COMMUNION

Once a month, we share communion together. When this happens, we’ll let you know in advance so you can have some bread and juice ready at home to participate.
