At Gateway, we go deeper with God to go wider with His love. There are all kinds of courses and resources where you can help others grow in their relationship with God and simple ways you can show God’s love to people through care and prayer.

Visitation Team; Coffee Catch ups, Nursing Home visits

First Steps Team; read the Bible with new believers, respond to salvations in service, ministry programs

Gateway Beyond

Being on Team Gateway is more than serving on Sunday. As a church we give generously to ministries and people who fight poverty and injustice, who care for the poor and serve wholeheartedly share the life changing message of Jesus in our community, nation and world.

Gateway is growing a generation of fully devoted kids, youth and young adults who courageously follow Jesus. We raise tomorrow’s leaders who will bring the good news of Jesus to others.

There are so many ministries at Gateway and each ministry helps others to take their next steps towards a life changing relationship with Jesus. Serving on Team Gateway you can help provide hospitality and help maintain our campuses to be beautiful havens of welcome.

As we hunger and thirst for the presence of God, we create moments and spaces for people to worship and connect with Him. Using unique gifts and talents, our Gateway Worship and Creative team is passionate about seeing people experience the power of the presence of God.

Our Volunteers

“The people we volunteer alongside each week are a real family to us and that’s very important.”

No use-by date

“Just because you are retired or older,” says Gateway Care volunteer Ros Elms, “doesn’t mean you have a use-by date in God’s kingdom.” When Ros and her husband Len retired nearly three years ago, they continued their lifelong practice of volunteering time and skills to their church community. “Being part of the Gateway Care team is like being part of a family. If you are sitting at home and not getting out, you miss out on the camaraderie of being part of a team.”
