Be part of this intentional season of seeking God

We set aside 21 days every year to fast and pray for breakthrough in our families, church, city and nation.

Intentional Bible reading, focused prayer and specific fasting align us with God’s heart, allowing us to hear Him clearly and respond to His will in obedience. Join us as we seek God in prayer and believe for Him to move in powerful ways.

Daily Bible reading

We have chosen passages that will direct your heart towards God and your prayer for revival in your life, family, community, and world.

How you can pray

Prayer doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s a conversation with God who knows you fully and loves you deeply.

P

Pause

Be still, and know that I am God. (Psalm 46:10)

Take a deep breath. Slow your mind. Allow your posture to shift from the busyness of your world to the stillness in His presence. In the quiet, reflect on His goodness.

R

Reflect

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! (Philippians 4:4)

Allow gratitude to fill your heart for who God is and all He has done. Reflect on the answers to prayer you are living in right now. Think about the answers to prayer yet to come and thank God that He is the same yesterday, today and forever.

A

Ask

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. (Philippians 4:6)

God cares deeply about you and all the details in your life. Take time to ask Him for what you need.

Y

Yield

God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble. (James 4:6)

God wants us to trust Him. Take time to surrender afresh. Follow His leading in prayer and listen for His voice. Write down any thoughts or verses come to mind during this time.

How you can fast

When we fast, we awaken our body and soul to its deep yearning for life with the Father.

1

All meals

Fast from all food except for water, juice and other broths.

2

Some meals/altered diet

Eat only one meal each day (e.g. fast each day until 6pm) or eat an altered diet such as a Daniel Fast (eat only fruit, vegetables, nuts & legumes).

3

One meal

Fast for one meal each day, with an intentional time of focused prayer during the time normally spent eating.

4

Non-food fast

Fast from pursuits you usually turn to for comfort. For example, fast from technology, television, social media, computer games, or reading anything other than the Bible.
