Central Facility Services Manager
The Central Facility Services Manager will be part of the Central Services team, based at our Mackenzie campus and support the ministries of GBC through leadership of the Facility Services Team of staff, volunteers and contractors in the provision of facility management, maintenance and enhancement services across all Gateway campuses.
The role is offered as a full time permanent position.
The successful candidate will be an experienced facilities manager who is customer-focused and solution oriented. They will have a strong understanding of the complexities of church leadership and proven capacity to communicate, lead and deliver in these environments as well as a demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and manage volunteer teams. Their personal values and faith would align with our mission, values and statement of belief.
