Gateway Baptist Church is looking for a Creative Ministries Manager to lead and oversee the planning, development, and execution of creative processes that shape worship services, events, and communications across our multi-campus church. This full-time role involves managing a talented team, driving creative ideation, and ensuring high-quality deliverables that reflect Gateway’s mission and values. You’ll collaborate with ministry leaders, volunteers, and external partners to produce engaging content and experiences that inspire our church community.

The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, project management, and strategic thinking skills, with experience in creative ministry and digital engagement. You’ll manage budgets, workflows, and compliance requirements while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
