Production Coordinator

Help deliver excellent, Christ-centered services and events through hands-on technical support and leadership of volunteer teams.

Gateway Baptist Church is looking for a Production Coordinator to support and strengthen the culture and excellence of our production ministry. This part-time role (3 days per week, including Sundays) works closely with the Production Manager to coordinate high-quality services and events for our Mackenzie and Online campuses. You’ll recruit and develop volunteers, assist with production planning, and provide hands-on technical support to ensure smooth operations at our Mackenzie campus on Sundays and across multiple campuses during the week.

The ideal candidate will have experience with live production systems, strong communication and organizational skills, and a heart for serving in a collaborative ministry environment. You’ll help maintain and upgrade equipment, support major events, and contribute to creating engaging video content.
