Tell Your Story

Let the redeemed of the Lord tell their story.

Psalm 107:2

How to tell your story

A journey to help you write your story so you can tell it to others.

Tell the story of what Jesus has done in your life

The people of Israel had a story to tell of what God had done to redeem them when they were in times of darkness and distress. The Psalmist reminds them of the good things that God has done for them and encourages them to tell their story so that others will know Gods unfailing love.

There were some that wandered aimlessly in the desert and their story was this: I was lost and now I am found. Others had a story of being called out of darkness to shine a light on His goodness.  Some were broken and hurting and their story was one of healing and hope. Like many today, there were others who were anxious and their story was one of finding peace. God urges His people to tell their story so others would know His unfailing love.

This series is centred on one song – Psalm 107. Together, we'll explore the stories woven through its lyrics and trace them throughout Scripture. Though these are ancient stories from an ancient song, God invites each of us into His eternal story today through faith in His Son, Jesus.

Jesus came to redeem people from the power of sin and darkness. If you have placed your faith in Him, you have been redeemed – and you have a story to tell. God calls us to share our stories so that others might know and experience His unfailing love forever.
